sup
Holy crap, where is the year going? Fav story this week is the supercomputer that has mimicked a mouse brain. Well actually half a mouse brain. For 10 seconds. Wildfoods festival and tanks
sup
The Hokitika Wild Foods Festival was great fun. It seemed so short, being over before I’d even been sample such delights as the “mountain oysters” (read sheep testicles) or the huhu grubs. However, the highlight of the trip was watching Tash the Tank Girl at Tanks for everything:
Yep, that really is Tash in the driver’s seat of that 52 ton Centurion!

Word Source is a social network for dictionary junkies…. just type word.sc/discombobulate (or whatever word it is you’re after) and it will give you the definition. And you can do social networkie things too. w00t! Well, you’ll be able to when registration is working again. There was a parse error on line 27 of activate.php when I tried.

Wiki Magazines
sup
From the people that brought you wikipedia, there are now three wiki-magazines. I of course went straight to the politics site to get my daily conspiracy theory fix. I can’t see the politics site working that well, already there seems to be a large proportion of emotionally charged name calling….
